(TITC) – On 23rd October 2023, at the World Trade Center Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), the Tourism Roadshow of Central Vietnam Quang Nam – Da Nang – Thua Thien Hue took place. The Roadshow was organised by the tourism industry of 3 localities that cooperates with the Malaysia – Vietnam Friendship Association.

The Roadshow welcomed the participation of representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia, International Tourism Promotion Division (Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board), Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, and more than 100 representatives of airlines and agents, travel companies, and press agencies in Malaysia.
The Roadshow was organised to boost the number of tourists from Malaysia and the ASEAN region as well as other transit markets to grow again and will be one of the key international tourist markets of Quang Nam – Da Nang – Thua Thien Hue.
At the event, Quang Nam – Da Nang – Thua Thien Hue tourism industry organised activities to introduce destinations, update information on new tourism products and tourism services to partners in Malaysia.

Film screening, displaying images of culture, tourism, and OCOP (one commune one product) of 3 localities also took place at the Roadshow; At the same time, a B2B space for tourism businesses to exchange, and sell tourism products and services as well as sign cooperation and market development were provided.
The Tourism Promotion centers of three localities have signed a memorandum of understanding on communication cooperation and tourism promotion with the Malaysia – Vietnam Friendship Association.
