(TITC) – From 17 to 19 November 2023, Hoa Binh Province will organize Festival of Community Tourism Villages of Expanded Northwest Provinces at Lac village, Chieng Chau commune, Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province.

This is a tourism promotion event to introduce the potential strengths of tourism, ethnic cuisine, local products, and community tourism of Hoa Binh province in particular and the expanded Northwest provinces in general.
Activities taking place within the framework of the festival include:
1. Display booths introducing culture – tourism products, souvenirs, and typical OCOP products of community tourism villages. Time: From 10:00 am on 17 November to 11:00 pm on 19 November.
2. Exhibition of beautiful photos of the expanded Northwest provinces. Time: From the afternoon of 17 November to the end of 19 November 19.
3. Tourism promotion conference in Hoa Binh province under the topic: Hoa Binh – a safe and friendly destination. Time: From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m on 17 November at Mai Chau District People’s Committee Hall.
4. Culinary competition of community tourism villages of the expanded Northwest provinces. Time: From 8:00 am on 18 November.
5. Showing traditional crafts and popular folk games in ethnic communities of the expanded Northwest provinces. Time: 18 and 19 November.
6. Performing arts and ethnic costumes of the community tourism villages of the expanded Northwest provinces. Time: 7:30 p.m on 18 November.
7. Contest about introducing community tourism villages of the expanded Northwest provinces at the booths. Time: From 8:00 am – 11:00 am on 19 November.
