Ho Chi Minh Vestige in the Presidential Palace Area is a “red address” holding a meaningful and an important memorial that relates to the 15 years of living and working of President Ho Chi Minh (from December 1954 to September 1969). A fish pond, fruit garden, car,… especially the historic stilt house of President Ho Chi Minh, all symbolise a simple, modest lifestyle. His whole life was dedicated to the fatherland and the people.

After his death in September 1969, a complex of historical – cultural – notable monuments was formed in the area of stilt house at the Presidential Palace. All landscape environments, artefacts, documents related to life and activities of President Ho Chi Minh were well preserved, fully kept and display in detail. The Vestige now is one of the top attractive spots in Ha Noi.

The e-ticket system is considered as an important breakthrough step, affirming the determination to renew the ticketing system via digital transformation, replacing the traditional paper ticket selling model, and widen the experience of visitors.

Similarly to the Temple of Literature-Quoc Tu Giam (Ha Noi), the e-ticket system at the Vestige aims to provide modernity, convenience and environmental friendliness. Solo visitors or groups need only a QR code to scan to get access. Tickets can be pre-booked online via “Vietnam Travel” App or get the direct access to the Vestige by the Smart Tourist Card – The Viet without any purchases requirement. It is also easier for the Management Board of the Vestige to monitor and manage the flow of visitors and the daily operation.
