Nghinh Phong Tower Square is located at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Tho Boulevard and Doc Lap Street, running along the coast. Nghinh Phong Tower is the centre of the space of Tuy Hoa Coastal Park and the space of high-end resorts, creating a complex of modern, open coastal urban space, with blue sea, white sand, and golden sunshine.

The design idea for building Nghinh Phong Tower Square was implemented in April 2019, by HUNI architects Vietnam Company. The square concept was inspired by special national landscapes of Da Dia Reefs combining the legend of “Hundred eggs” of the legendary Au Co – Lac Long Quan. The project was constructed in nearly 2 years by a consortium of domestic construction companies and completed on 30th November 2021.
The square consists of 4 main parts. It is a square yard with a total area of 7.190m², semicircular, paved with granite. The tower yard is an outdoor stage for event organisation.
The centre is Nghinh Phong Tower. The steps are staggered from 7 to 9 steps. The tower body consists of two towers (twin towers) with 30m and 35m high. Each part consists of 50 adjacent stone blocks, arranged next to each other from low to high, gradually moving inside.
The “Nghinh Phong” wind opening is 2m wide and 15m long. On the two walls between the two towers are bas-reliefs about the legend of Lac – Hong, telling in images the historical story of the Vietnamese people.
Nghinh Phong Tower Square is designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape, ecological environment, and open sea space. The main material used for the project is locally available natural granite. In particular, Nghinh Phong tower honours traditional cultural and historical values. It is the image representing the 100 children in the myth. In the middle are two tall towers, one 35m high represents Lac Long Quan, and the other lower tower represents Au Co, yin – yang harmony, is a symbol of solidarity of Vietnamese ethnic groups.
